John Wheeler is an acupuncturist offering traditional chinese full body acupuncture, western medical acupuncture along with western medical auricular acupuncture.

    Welcome to my website. My name is John Wheeler, I am an acupuncturist in south west London and a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In my practice I seek to form a compassionate and healing rapport with patients, offering effective medical care and self-care through patient education. Chinese medicine aims treatment at the symptoms of disease and the underlying cause of disease with the focus always on the person and their well-being.



    Along with Traditional Chinese Acupuncture my treatments may include:

  • Shonishin, Paediatric Japanese acupuncture, without needles.

  • Cupping therapy, the use of suction cups for relaxation and pain relief.

  • Moxibustion, heat therapy obtained by the burning of herbs.

  • Auricular Acupuncture, specialist ear acupuncture treatments.

  • Electro-Acupuncture, for pain relief.

  • Chinese dietary advice, for supplementing treatments.







    My clinic is based in Clapham. My practice is within easy reach of Clapham Junction train station, Battersea, Putney and Fulham and I am one of the British Acupuncture Council registered acupuncturists in South West London.
